Pilates with Niki offers in-person sessions across Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire
Small groups, individual, and corporate Pilates Mat sessions are available with Niki both in-person or on Zoom. All Pilates with Niki sessions are suitable for beginners and mixed ability clients.

Pilates is a low-impact, full body workout suitable for women and men. It can increase strength, flexibility, and joint mobility. Some of the benefits of Pilates are increased core strength, postural awareness, and a reduction in stress levels.
We connect our breath to our movement and aim to bring balance throughout our body. Pilates focuses on supporting your spine, and when your spine is supported your whole body functions better. All Pilates with Niki sessions are easy to follow with friendly guidance and support.
