Classical Mat Pilates
The original Classical Pilates Mat repertoire follows a sequence which was designed to move the body through a full range of movement. The 1 to 34 exercise sequence, devised by Joseph Pilates, begins with foundational exercises at the beginning and moves into more complex exercises as you continue learning and developing strength and control. You transition between each exercise with dynamic, controlled, and flowing movement.

Niki has studied the Classical Pilates Mat repertoire and loves how challenging and beneficial it is. Each exercise has a multitude of modifications and adaptations too, making it an inclusive experience for everybody. In addition to this Niki also encorporates contemporary Pilates techniques and exercises.
Niki’s teaching also includes the Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair (and, more!).
